Shipping Policy

HomeMoto customer service representatives will call or send an SMS confirmation within 24 hours after you place your order. Once the order is authorized and verified, we will prepare your order immediately. With this short amount of time, it may be difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. Any unconfirmed order will be deemed as cancelled.

Customer must be responsible enough to leave a receiving authorization letter and order payment on an immediate family member, friend, or neighbor if they will be away from home prior to or during the given delivery schedule. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before you place an order. Customer will bear all the costs due to incorrect addresses.

It normally takes 7-10 business days for us to process & ship your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends. HomeMoto will not be liable for the delays caused by unforeseen events. We are not liable for damages/late deliveries caused by the 3rd party courier. The 3rd party courier will handle the damages.
